Q: I have placed a nameplate order on the website. What happens next?
A: You’ll receive a preview within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
If you haven’t received the preview by then, feel free to email us or send a WhatsApp message, and we’ll take your request on priority. Once the preview is approved, we’ll begin processing your nameplate.
Q: Within how many days will I receive my nameplate?
A: Our processing time for nameplates and customized products is between 5-15 days. This does not include the shipping time, which may vary based on your location. We always aim to deliver as soon as possible while ensuring the best quality!
Q: How do I place an order for a nameplate that I like?
A: The easiest way is to place your order directly on our website. If you face any issues or feel unsure while ordering online, simply click the WhatsApp icon on the website and message us. We'll assist you personally and help take your order forward smoothly.
Q: Can I cancel my nameplate order once it’s placed?
A: No, nameplate orders cannot be cancelled. However, if the nameplate has not yet been processed, you can use the paid amount as a credit to purchase something else from our store or choose to exchange it for another product.
Please note: We do not offer refunds once a customized order has been placed.
Q: I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
A: Please don’t worry! Drop us an email at happyeveryday.india@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement if applicable.
Please note: Full refunds are not applicable for personalized products.
